Infrastructure Facilities
We have recently installed a state of the art dedicated two separate production lines with a installed capacity of 2 Tonnes per day for processing various medicinal plants. We have setup our plant in accordance with guidelines.
Some of the features of our Manufacturing Facility are:
- All of our Equipments including solvent storage tank are made out of Stainless Steel (SS 316).
- The Syrup Processing and Finished Goods Powder Processing Area is clean area that has absolutely no level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapors. The air entering a clean room from outside is filtered to exclude dust and the air inside is constantly re-circulated through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters.
- The QC Laboratory is well equipped having a Chemical lab, Instrument lab and Microbiology section.
- Instrument Laboratory is equipped with State of the art equipments from Agilent Technologies- Quaternary HPLC with DAD, Binary HPLC with DAD, GC with 12 Vial Headspace Sampler, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, AAS with VGA etc….
